Spring for me is that time of year when the earth is bursting with new beginnings and lots of growth and energy. I feel that the earth is really juicy at this time – just filled with that crisp energy that holds lots of promise for the year. The scent that I chose to express this juiciness is Pink Grapefruit and a hint of Patchouli. Pink Grapefruit for me is Spring- it is sweet – succulent and of course pink like spring flowers. Patchouli for the earth from where new growth springs.

I have used the bath as my meditation tool for many years where I close the door on the chaos of the day. I then created a ritual space for myself to get centered and grounded. This has been my practice to come home to myself. Bathing and the art of bathing have been ritualized in many cultures around the world and I bring it now to you.
I want this box to be your tool kit to create a sacred space in your daily life. I would love it if this became a well-used habit where you would feel free to shut the door on the world, turn inward, strike a match, and settle into yourself for 5 – 10 -20 minutes or until the water gets cold.
Try this in small steps over time as I know we all feel overwhelmed. But it is important to fill your well with energy and compassion for yourself. So try this out and see where it can lead you back to yourself. There is a short meditation included in the box to get you started.
